Delivery Time: Typically 5-7 business days for domestic shipments.

Shipping includes insurance.  

Return Policy

We are committed to ensuring the 100% satisfaction to our customers. That's why once you've received an original item, we will give you seven (7) days to decide whether or not you'd like to keep that item or return it for refund. 

Buyer is responsible for return shipping cost.

How Do I Return an Item

Before reading the instructions provided below on how to return an original item, please carefully read our Original Glasswork Return Policy.

Original Glasswork Return Policy

From the time you receive your original glasswork, you have seven (7) days to decide whether to keep it or return it in its original condition for a refund.  

We also require all returned glassworks to be shipped out by the buyer within three (3) days after confirming with us that the glasswork will be returned. So, if you receive glasswork you’ve purchased and are not fully satisfied, you have: 

  1. Seven (7) days to contact us about your intent to return the glasswork

  2. Three (3) days from the day you contacted us to ship out the glasswork. ***Do not ship the glasswork before contacting us; you must first contact us.***

If you do not notify us of your intent to return the glasswork within 7 days of receipt or you do not ship the glasswork within 3 days of notifying us, you will NOT be eligible for a refund. (Some exceptions will apply. Please contact us for an assessment of your specific situation.)
